We will begin by logging into the new Webmail application: GFDI Webmail.
On the Welcome page, expand Mail:
You will see the following. Click on Filters in the menu under Mail:
You will now see a list of the existing filter rules for your account. To set up a vacation message, click Vacation.
You will see the following:
Under "My email addresses:", type your full email address.
Enter a Subject in the "Subject of vacation message: " box. Also,
enter a message in the "Reason" box.
Click Save
Click Save, and you should see the following two confirmations: "Changes saved" and "Script successfully activated."
Now, click "Filter Rules" at the top of the page. Notice that next to Vacation, it says "[disabled - click to enable]". Click on that message.
You should see the following two confirmations: "Rule Enabled" and "Script successfully activated".
That's it! Don't forget to log out!
