Foundation of this work:

The key scientific foundation is the global meridional mass circulation theory, which is built on the geophysical fluid dynamics. GFDI, who have been making efforts for 48 years to promote and stimulate theoretical, numerical, field, and laboratory experimental studies of fluid-dynamical phenomena, gives a firm support for our pioneering work in terms of not only scientific research but also operational opportunities.
